A little rockier and the more technical day trip–this option will lead you down past the famous Lewis Lodge, where you can choose to take some time to skirt along a canyon ledge to the well preserved cliff dwelling. Back on the main road and only a few miles down you’ll run into Hotel Rock. Another detour well worth your time. A rock filled with multiple levels of hidden dwellings and caves. You’ll end the trip with decent amount of your mileage riding through technical, ledgy slickrock terrain where we’ll meet you at the bottom to shuttle you back into town.
